Secure Packaging
Carefully place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping carton along with your original receipt.
Insured Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable, insured courier service to send the package back to our Calgary boutique.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master jewellers verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
